Can users have different roles/limits?
Roles are completely customizable.With proper permissions, AHG Pay gives the ability to create any number of roles as needed so their employees can create invoices and/or, apply refunds, produce reports, receive payment confirmation or failure notifications, and much more.
Does the merchant have access to the customer's credit card information?
No.AHG Pay does not store or display credit card data. AHG Pay receives an encrypted token that is used to facilitate payments.
Is there a limit or fee per AHG Pay Users?
No. AHG Pay does not limit the number of users per merchant account.Authorized users can add new users and assign permissions according to job function.
Can customers submit a tip?
Yes, if applicable, tipping can be enabled.Like the partial payment option, once enabled in AHG Pay, the option to provide a tip would be available to any and all customers
Can AHG Pay automatically charge a credit card on file?
Yes, AHG Pay supports a "payment-on-file" like functionality which requests customers provide a CC or ACH payment method that can be used for future invoices or to initiate a subscription.This is completely secure and better than "card-on-file" in that the Credit Card or ACH information is never shared with the merchant and the tokenized payment method can be charged
